Work with artist Adam Shield where families will engage with drawing, collage and Riso print making. They will be taken through the whole process hands on process of making a print on the Riso using the flat bed scanner. Starting first with creating drawn material, then to collage to create layout sheets, and finally to the transformative process of Riso printing, where their 2 black and white layouts will become brightly coloured prints. This process creates unexpected results, embracing the analogue, inky, and fast paced methods of Riso printing.
After the event, Families are encouraged to pop next door to our gallery to visit our free current exhibition The Land Sings Back
